That's the rightwing's straw: it's too hard to prove based on the narrow definition of that particular law. However perjury, obstruction AND the contract that everyone in the WH signs open up many more avenues of inquiry into criminality. It is sufficient to CONFIRM identity without having actually mentioned it in the first place. In addition, there's also negligence, abuse of power by the government against an individual and sheer loose lipped stupidity. Bush, the liar, is narrowing his definition of 'under what conditions to fire Turd' to conviction from the previous 'involvement.' Bush is against showing his total lack of sincerity, management skills and respect for the American Public....the next president is going to have to take the OO apart piece by piece in order to fumigate it properly.
