Until there actually is another side to the story, what can a reporter and his editor do except publish stuff like that? I keep waiting for some real estate hardship stories to surface somewhere in a meaningful way....When that happens, you will know you were right about the demise of real estate....ummm....years ago? <<gg>> And by the way, since the media has been pounding the real estate bubble theme to death, you KNOW they are out there trying to prove they're right. So if they can find a story to prove the point, they WILL publish it.
