Niceguy, Agreed, but, once again, a judgment can be worded to convey such a message to Dell without being explicit and without binding Dell. (Moral suasion comes to mind.)

I would like to see all of Intel's packaged chips sold through a court apppointed trust until Intel comes up with a plan of fairness. Probably too simplistic.

Do not forget that Dell has had verbage in their contracts with Intel which indemnified them against Intel's past wrong doings.

CPQ, HP did not.

Dell well knows who Intel is screwing. They've in the past demanded and got that kind of contract. I expect them to do so for a while in the future.
