Hey Jim,

Don't know if the daughter will try the Panko Oysters, she's a dietary freak about fried stuff. But I'll sure try them if I ever have to go back there!
Many years ago I used to ride up to the Oyster Wharf up in Grant and buy a bushel of oyster for $20, bring'em back, sit in the garage & stuff myself. Some were the size of your hand. Some would have a tiny pink crab inside, some kind of symbiotic relationship. You were supposed to eat the crab with the oyster but I never could.

After living in the NW & CO, the only thing I miss is the seafood down there (yellowtail & mutton snapper, grouper, snook). I don't think these salmon & trout can hold a candle to them.

ps: you must live close to Ocean Walk, eh?
