That is beautiful. I never saw the boat houses when I lived there. The Darby I lived in was more like a ghetto. It wasn't a ghetto, but not far away the streets of Philadelphia could certainly qualify. I grew up in the mountains and my wife grew up on the farm, so living on a street with a trolley going by every 15 minutes was a bit of a shock to both of us. We had good neighbors and squirrels where we lived, and my impression of Darby as a ghetto is more of a contrast from my familiar environment than an objective rating.
