Leftwing columnist Nat Hentoff renouncing the leftwing American Library Association's "Freedom Award" because of the group's refusal to speak out on Fidel Castro's imprisoning of its own librarians in Cuba, AND YOUR LEFTWING "NEWS" MEDIA WINNER IS: “If she had lived, Mary Jo Kopechne would be 62 years old. Through his tireless work as a legislator, Edward Kennedy would have brought comfort to her in her old age.” – Charles Pierce in a January 5 Boston Globe Magazine article. Kopechne died of lack of oxygen while trapped in Kennedy’s submerged car off Chappaquiddick Island in July 1969, an accident Kennedy did not report until the next morning. (She did NOT die of drowning---she had her head and neck twisted upward into the air pocket at the top of the upside down car and died in that position with little or no water in her lungs---the coroner said she died of oxygen deprivation ---the oxygen in the air pocket ran out)

Like I said: 'One possible explanation'.... Perhaps this (distribution of the classified report on Air Force One on the way to Africa --- which has been confirmed before the Grand Jury by several administration witnesses) has something to do with how people found out about the classified undercover status of Mrs. Wilson, perhaps it doesn't. (One administration witness has confirmed that Rove read the report on Air Force One, according to what the press has reported.) The public is not really in a position to know. (Perhaps the Prosecutor thinks he knows now though....) This particular speculation has one virtue though: it nicely fits into a timeline. Rove's telephone call with Cooper happened the day he got back from Africa. That's not proof though... just a coincidental indicator.
