"The antit-trust equivalent of keeping legs in the fridge for afternoon snacks." Lol. Great analogy. Does anti-trust legislation in the US have any teeth, though, to chew on those refrigerated legs? Not only is the outcome of this case important for the computer industry, AMD & INTC, especially, but for those in the legal community who have spent their lives carving out anti-trust legislation, this relatively new branch of law. We are about to find out whether or not anti-trust legislation in the uS is finally to be taken seriously, methinks.
