I'm so happy to hear all of that about Toto! It sounds like you are falling in love with her yourself, Mary Lou. Are you sure she won't end up living in your household? Just being matted makes a lot of sense, instead of mange. It must be hard on a dog to live in the woods, particularly one made up of sweet fairly litle breeds like that. She sounds like a wonderful, brave little dog. Sometimes we get the pets who find us, not just the ones we deliberately choose.
