The salt fish bakalat style (Klipfisk) isn't bad IMO. Exquisite in Norway by any means: Wild North Sea salmon, lobster, elgk- and why not bear steak? More advanced though, rak oerred (somewhat smelly). Wash it down with home distilled snaps. They all make it!

Taro
