Exquisite in Norway by any means I found the food there to be good in good restaraunts. It was expensive everywhere. We stuffed ourselves at breakfast where the meal was included with lodging. We did a lot of our eating in diners, often attached to gas stations. The food wasn't as good, but the people were all local and eager to practice their english. The overall finest meal (nobody in our family had a complaint) was Dagmar Hotel in Ribe Denmark. wr.worldres.com
