Yeah, have even counseled corporations involved in potentially criminal actions....there are ways for CEOs, or Presidents, to make sure their officers (advisors) are dealt with if it is POSSIBLE they have stepped over the line. A dozen ways, without asking the "deadly question". Of course, Rove could have taken the high road himself, thereby protecting his President.
