I have thought about borrowing maybe 150K and just putting it into 6-month T-bills. I am guessing that after tax deductions, etc, it would cost me maybe $2,000 a year to hold onto this cash.

But I just don't feel like doing it. Actually I could get a $20,000 per year income from the money by putting it into Canadian energy trusts. But I still don't feel like doing it. I like the feeling of, "Who the heck needs a credit rating? I don't plan to borrow anything."
