Perhaps that's true. Karl Rove deserves due process just like anyone else. But, is it any surprise that the rightwing spinmeisters are coming to his defense? No. Would they come to a Clinton Aid's defense. No. Such is the state of American poltics. People put blinders on to further their cause, which is why it's important to have Constitutional protections like the ones Rove is benefitting from.
