"Did the CIA “Out” Valerie Plame?"

Possibly even true. If so, then the administration made a really huge mistake when they chose to lie about it instead of telling the truth. Given that Fitzgerald seems to be following the lying and coverup, then this administration is dumber than Nixon. Watergate, which brought down Nixon, was a dirty tricks operation against an opponent who was destined to lose big in the election. If Bushco gets the same over an agent that had already been outed, then they were transcendentally stupid and deserves everything that is going to happen to them.

IMHO, of course.

With each passing day, the manufactured "scandal" over the publication of Valerie Plame's relationship with the CIA establishes new depths of mainstream-media hypocrisy.

Uh......the scandal did happen. What laws were broken has yet to be determined but Rove did act inappropriately and apparently outside the law.
