Grace, did you guys repair the house or are you selling it as is? Interesting new show on TLC called 'The Property Ladder' has added to the pool of vultures circling especially down here. I wonder if there are even more flippers pounding on your door these days trying to do the rehab than actual end users looking at a remodeled modern house? I hear if you are in a perceived distressed situation in South Florida (foreclosure recently filed) now you might get 50-100 initial contacts to buy your property.
