Come on now. You are clearly talking about apples and oranges. Did those cases you mention involve the top aide to the President, involve national security issues, involve the lives of CIA agents? The charges against Rove are pretty serious. Now, he deserves due process and he might very well be innocent of what he is accussed of doing. But I don't think it compares to some of the wild scandals surrounding Clinton. Some of those scandals deserved to be ingnored by the media. We can't focus on every nutjob charge against a President's staff.
