It's interesting that the overwhelming majority of suicide bombers have not inflicted themselves on innocent Christians in their home towns in the West - they happened in Israel and Iraq to protest an occupation of certain territory. I would argue, even though some disagree, that 9/11, Madrid and London happened due to territorial occupations too, while the earlier WTC bombing and the African embassy bombings were not simply attacks on infidels.

Otherwise I don't see why there wouldn't be a rash of suicide bombings in Amsterdam's Red Light district on a regular basis. That's about as anti-strict-Islam as you can get. But not a scratch there despite a large and growing Muslim population in that city.
