I'm not sure I follow. What is the unresolvable primary argument and what are the secondary issues? I was not addressing the "inalienable rights of a human being", except coincidentally by responding to an argument that we must forfeit our liberty (one of our "inalienable rights") to avoid all starving to death. And abortion only came up because of the usage of the term "family planning" and the likelihood that the procedure would be part of the "regulation" of breeding. I really don't know what point you are trying to make.
