Next positive PR and it goes higher, the PR being final permits. Hard to imagine the current holdups are that big a hurdle given the operation, but you never know with these agencies.

Once they are actually producing and earn the JV, the share price will be reactive to changes in the price of moly.

Still a wait and see as to whether they get off the ground. Of course if you wait that long to get in, you'll miss a lot a share price increase from here.

Big question re earning the JV: what is "profitable production"?

I like the conventional wisdom on the price of moly right now -- but what worries me is that they 'needed' this money -- it smells like a delay is out there that they have a hunch or something -- I could be wrong -- it may be their bankers just got itchy and demanding -- bankers are like that when they get pressure in other areas.
