energyplay Re: "Costa Rica" Been a long time since I've been there but it is really a lovely place. But from what I've read things are not as good as before. Costa Rica was about the first place in this part of the world to get into the business of selling (or renting) visas to foreigners and now they really shake you down good, especially on land purchases and maybe the security of the title is now becoming questionable. But I've been to Nicaragua more recently and Honduras and those places are disasters. Slagle
