Very disturbing. I see they mention Miami as a potential target and also nuclear power plants as aiding in the blast. Miami area has two nuclear power plants. If this happens as the memo indicates this nation will go on full war footing and all civil liberties will be removed. We probably would be forced to vaporize portions of Pakistan and any other area we felt the senior leadership of ElQuida was located. jdn
