It plays right into their hands... Yup. Of course, one could say that they don't have full run of the country given the American presence.......not yet anyway. But cooperative trade deals, student exchange programs, joint film festivals, reduced tax barriers,joint military exercises, a common currency, etc are all doable. In other words, the very thing Reagan, Bush I and Bush II spent billions trying to prevent is happening right before our eyes. ted
