Once again, if A is a subset of B, then B does not equal A.

Having an element of protest does not make a terrorist a protester. A terrorist is still, essentially, a terrorist--one who happens to believe he has some sort of grievance. If a terrorist loves his mother, he's not a mama's boy, he's a terrorist--one who happens to loves his mother. Having an element of something doesn't change the essence of the whole, not until and unless the element reaches critical mass.
