I agree. One is simply the natural matter of facts associated with the human condition. The other is an issue of making rules for just treatment of persons competing for or cooperating in attempts to aquire real estate, accumulate power, prestige, social influence, seek pleasure and avoid pain.

"If there is no creator then the whole "inalienable" thing must be re thought."

It is also justified by natural law, for those who have problems with using the term 'creator'.
