it would never have occurred to me before today that anyone would argue that violent political protest was not political protest I haven't argued that violent political protest was not political protest. I thought I had differentiated between violence and terrorism. and that certain terrorist activities were not political protest, simply because they were terrorist acts I have not argued that, either. I have argued that, while they may have a protest element, they are predominantly something else. More fowl than fish, so much so that they are not usefully lumped together with fish. <io>It's always interesting to see a totally new perspective. One way to see new perspectives is to make them up. Sort of like pink elephants. <g>
