Your post seemed like a narrative. Your writing style made me feel like I am right there experiencing....and getting to know the Jennys...........the wild west and open fields, and I can smell the new mown hay and the animal dung and the blackberries ripening on the vine in late July. I've been there and miss it from time to time. In reality, I'm a seafairing lassie and miss the smell of the docks and the sea more than anything on earth.
