WRONG. You are simply repeating rightwing lies. Don't you look up anything for yourself? Bush and McClellan were making pronouncements of lack of involvement WHILE the investigation was underway. That's one thing that makes the WH press corps furious. They yammered away then but they're stonewalling now. We do not have access to classified information, some WH officials do. Confirming classified information can be the same as leaking it in the first place. Beyond the narrow definition of the outting law, there's also obstruction of justice, conspiracy and perjury. Beyond the legal problems, there's also unseemly behavior by everyone from Bush on down. Standing far above all of this of course is the LYING ABOUT WAR. These are serious crimes and you seem intent on making them into nothing but annoyances. Do you honestly condone lying about war?
