The Dems MUST retake control of the Senate for that to happen...Right now the top Republicans don't have the integrity or the courage to hold the Executive Branch accountable for their actions.

btw, Bush didn't listen to his wife's advice to choose a female Supreme Court nominee -- Bush is totally in bed with the right wingers.

Reinquist won't retire until after Bush has been impeached.

Reinquist is staying put because he will be the judge in the impeachment trial.
This is his chance for real payback.
