Would one make a good center?
I can't see them playing any other position.

the reason they can't move him is not due to the sumo wrestler's strength, but his weight. it is simple physics. if sumo wrestlers were strong, they could lift a lot of weight. they are not as strong as the football players in that department. they are not very strong (relative to their weight) at all. in fact, sumo wrestlers are very flexible and can do the splits (even if they are too fat to wipe their own ass and must have an underling do it), and developing too much muscle mass is counterproductive to becoming flexible.
