The Democrats will need to keep up the attack on Rove and reveal more of the despicable acts performed by this administration.

Wait to see if GOP moderates object to Roberts. If they don't, then this is not the right battle. You have to save your gun powder for the fights where you are clearly in the right and have the majority of the people behind him.

If Bush had nominated a moderate I would have been shocked. At least Roberts is not some corrupt Texas crony.
