I already did. Within the pool, there are a substantial number of female candidates. This isn't the UK where there are no female judges. Our system is surprisingly packed full of them.


Well you are rapidly disqualifying yourself from the race.

A sexual split is a percentage. The question is not whether there are a significant number of female candidates. If there are 100 female candidates and 900 male candidates, one in ten nominees should be female. Get it?

Do you know the sexual split amongst the potential candidates, or not?

that proves how much I prefer diversity - even if an opinion is against me. Why else do you think I read this thread - the diversity of opinion is interesting.
