Nixon and his top people were impeached/indicted for obstruction of justice and conspiracy. Bush and Cheney could be charged with those crimes on Rovegate alone if it is found they actively tried to cover up the outing of the CIA agent and the lies about WMD's. Why do you think they rushed out their SC choice? They desperastely need to change the subject and pray the prosecutor isn't tough on them. But the prosecutor and his jury are not influenced by partisan games-playing or spin.
