You are joking, right?????? (As a Libertarian, I'm certainly not opposed to anything like that in principle... but you'd likely cause riots and serious unrest, giving the religious Parties ammunition to use.) --- But then, upon reflection, I guess that's only different in degree, not in kind, from repealing Sunday 'Blue Laws' and such in the States. Of course the grip of Puritanical thought on the political process here, while historically 'strong', is not 'as strong' as it is in the Islamic world.
