in other words, baseball evolved from cricket where the new world ingenuity attempted to make the game more easily understood and even created the illusion of a 'sport" ? or perhaps, baseball is the brain child of the fast food industry and allowed to have captive audiences consuming millions of hot-dogs ? i see your lab theory.... a lethal test for a bad diet: the illusion of a sport and bad food gone worse = fat consequences... what would be the equivalent bad food for cricket ... haggis ? -g
