When man after man is selected, and statistically it is out of whack with the number of candidates, that is why I bring it up.

She could never provide any statistics on the sexuality of candidates despite repeated requests. She's pulling a "Ted" and just making up claims like the above to support her sexist view that the candidate should be a woman.

I say we ban her!

I don't find value in snide remarks, but prefer intellectual discussions.

You incorrectly assume my point is about one decision or two decisions. It's about neither. Bush could hire a woman for the next slot, and the statistical problem still exists.

My point is about the statistic that's completely out of whack and non-representative.
