She's a sexist who thinks the current nominee should be a woman, and that's that. Any effort to extract a statistical explanation to back up the claim that the court makeup is out of whack with the candidate pool has resulted in qualitative "there are lots of women out there!!", which isn't part of the question.

She also would have probably disallowed Ginsberg's nomination if she were in charge due to the representative weight objective she has - Ginsberg would have been too skinny.

Typically liberals are all about how things feel - statistics have no useful place.


And neocons make up statistics to justify an action. In fact, the neocons on this thread are long on hyperbole and short on facts.
