"But they would say that a life of gruel is less cruel."

Leaving aside other issues such as parental attachment, etc.--do you "care" enough about zygotes/fetuses to give ALL your excess income to a State Institute which will support them in the necessities of life?

I know that Canada has a social policy of granting asylum to refugees who risk death or severe mistreatment in their homeland. Often (usually) this involves taxation dollars.

Abortions certainly are numerous. Would you be willing to pay for the birth and care of all fetuses and subsequent "orphans" until they are of legal age? Would you support such a social policy in the United States?

Would you be willing to pay your share to support all the millions of children who live in poverty and malnutrition in every town in America?

Or would you like a little box to check on your income tax: send my taxes to zygotes in New York?
7 year olds in Chicago?
Runaways in LA?
