Why do you feel that what kind of sex organs someone has is the most important qualification?

I don't feel that way. Instead it is the White Christian men such as Pat Robertson,, Jerry Falwell etc. who feel that people with a particular sexual organ are more qualified because as the biggest joker on the US political scene Arnold Schwazznegger said that "women have PMS hence they cannot work at their peak every day."
