I guess it boils down to what the meaning of 'total' is.

With thousands of unaccounted for nuclear devices it is not
totally outside the realm of possibility.

Speculating about the fall of the twin towers on 9/10 would have brought fits of laughter from those in the know.

LB, there was a significant amount of detail presented in that piece.

Do you think that all of the detail, numbers, places, source of info, etc. is simply speculation?
