It's difficult to blame our support of governments which were determined, short of full American/British control, to be of a certain "disgusting to us" style. The Mayor chooses to do so, but I think he's barking up the wrong tree (not that foriegn policy in these regards has always been at it's best, IMO. It's just that spilt milk is spilt milk, and whether religion alone motivates terrorism or religion in combination with notions such as the Mayor puts forth motivates it, we have a war to fight which isn't helped nor well guided, by his bark, IMO).
