Plenty benefit these wars.. trace it back to the Carlisle Group and similar private groups. They are also the ones buying the influence in the policies. Definitely war of attrition. That's what 4th Generation Warfare is all about.. and we're poised to lose this one too. There is simply no chance of ever attaining the goals we desire.
