Basically, you offer a speculative dream, the guts of which don't really make sense, IMO. Halliburton DOES do what others couldn't, they may well have over-charged and why defend them against that unless by showing they didn't really do so, and they DID win contracts which naturally spilled into Iraq, under CLINTONS watch. Cheney has no real motivation to help "buddies" as you might say. You offer no evidence that "avoiding suppoena powers in Dem hands" allowed anyone to "operate illegally in all kinds of ways." You have no evidence that Bush would want to screw us all just to help buddies. But we do know 911 happened, and it is quite plausible that Bush simply believes as I do, that taking out Iraq is an important step towards preventing more 911's. A dream of a demon who doesn't really exist is all you really have to hang your hat on.
