HE and all the utilites have been gaining on the assumption that interest rates wold stop going up. I think that might not be the case now.

Also, UTEs are a somewhat defensive group - if the markets get bullish for even a few weeks, money could move from UTES to biotech, cyclicals, etc.

Energy looking a bit soft - I may buy in again before the next Hurricane ;-)
