Hi ski,

>>Let me try here for some precision. Why should AJ get all the laurels?... -g.<<

Laurels to you as well!  <g>  Thanks for the detail on SLB.  I appreciate your taking the time.  So in essence, not too much of a drop expected, eh? I was hoping your bottom would be a little lower. <g> As The Freep pointed out yesterday -- still room to run (sorry to paraphrase Freep. <g>). Looks like the two of you are in sync.

Entries within the range you mention would at least get me in lower than my sale price, so if I choose to reenter -- no harm done I suppose.  On the other hand, I'm kind of focused on GOOG and QCOM at the moment!  <vbg>

Speaking of GOOG, I decided to take a little off the table after hours. 1/3 to be exact. I had previously sold this 1/3 in June, but I bought it back almost immediately. I'll continue to hold the other 2/3 as LTB&H. I just felt that it was prudent to cash in some profits. If it continues its upward momentum, I can still participate. But if it tanks after earnings, at least I've taken something off the table.

>>Which reminds me - starting today at 5 PM EWI begins a free week (futures).

elliottwave.com;

Thanks for the link ski.  I've been perusing the site, and I see Prechter has a newsletter.  Lots of good stuff here; this site will be very helpful.  I'm now officially signed up for my free "tester" week.

And while I'm in thank you mode -- I want to take a moment to thank everyone on this thread for all the helpful feedback.  There's a wealth of knowledge here, and I've been learning from each and every thread participant.  I'm grateful that you're all so patient with my questions and comments.  A hearty thank you to everyone.
