the person driving committed 4 traffic violations, one after another Meeks' car pulled around and made a turn. The officer pulled them over. wonder which story is the truth?

What a joke, they were trying to force something they could call racist. Same thing down here, more blacks than whites being stopped in traffic arrests. If the blacks and Hispanics could figure out that stop signs and speed limits aren't suggestions, they wouldn't get stopped.
