It sounds like there is insufficient evidence to judge whether Judge Roberts will be a great ally of big business. He has only been on the fifth circuit for a couple yeas after Democrats unnecessarily delayed his nomination for two years. Their obstructionism is now biting them in the but. Democrats could have had four years of rulings to review. It is useful to note that most Jurists drift to the left after lifetime apppointments to the SCOTUS. (Or jerk left like Souter.)
