That is great news! I sure hope he finds his way into some large forest land and lives his life out without the threat of traffic or people with guns.

I'm totally amazed at the number of racoons I've been seeing lying dead along the roads. Many are small.......so you know they are this year's crop. There must have been a large birth rate this year. Considering the winter we just had, I wouldn't doubt that. It was so mild that their food sources must have been plentiful.
