Rove outed Plame for political revenge motives. Nothing in that article or any other article you post changes the basic fact. The only issue is whether the prosecutor will find Rove (and others) broke certain laws. But even if he gets off, Rove still outed a covert CIA agent at a time of war. Now, why did Bush change his tune the other day and say he'd fire someone for a "crime", not just leaking classified intel? Because what the HW is praying for is that Rove gets off on a technicality. But don't count on it. And even if he does get off, he'll still be guilty of doing what he did. So Bush has flipflopped to protect a criminal leaker who happens to be his top dirty trickster. Plame listing her front company as an employer tells us nothing. That's supposed to be her job, under her own name. If she had announced she was in the CIA that would be different. You know anything about how CIA fronts work? You ofen use your own name, you just don't tell anyone you're a secret agent with a cover job.
