My "conundrum" with the scenario I've just described is USDJPY and BOJ.

Assuming my scenario is accurate and Fed is in contact with BOJ about it (their partners in crime), I find it very odd that BOJ has not yet moved to unwind at least the $320bn (out of $850bn of Japan's forex reserves) of counterfeit money it printed to buy USDJPY in late 2003-1Q2004. Maybe unwind even more of those $850bn.

There has been ample opportunity as both the dollar and US bonds have shown lots of strength last 50 days.

Criminals as the central bankers may be IMO, I think there is a limit to the damage BOJ government bureaucrats can inflict on their sheeple.

Especially considering that GoldmanSachs Commodity Index has rallied 50%+ in Yen, in 2005 sofar.
