What a silly observation, my previous post in fact expresses the idea that prohibitable conduct can be identified and made a crime.

What I just said.
"I believe one can define signs that are reliable indications of hatred or malice and then make those signs elements of criminal conduct. You seem unable to grasp that."

Are not the signs prohibitable conduct. Well it is not a crime you have no idea about what you speak of. And I don't hate it, I find amusing.

Oh sign, # Something that suggests the presence or existence of a fact, condition, or quality.

1. An act or gesture used to convey an idea, a desire, information, or a command: gave that go-ahead sign.

I often find lawyers deal in giberish speak. Engineers deal in creating tests the clearly identify true reality.
